My name is Ken Reardon, I am a freelance photographer (and noob blogger) that is stuck in the frozen and uneventful tundra of the Midwest. I originally set up the blog to promote my Etsy photography print shop. After a few posts and some positive replies, I have found myself enjoying writing about the photos that I have posted. I enjoy travelling and meeting new people from all over the country and world. I hope to learn more about the blogosphere and network with others with similar interests from far away places.
Hello Ken…
Here’s a little message from Türkiye to say “thank you”. I appreciate your ‘follow’, knowing how many interesting and entertaining blogs there are out there.
Blogging since June 2013, my little corner of the world tries to offer an eclectic smattering of posts, from basic amateur photography, to sharing my travel adventures over the decades, as well as day to day happenings here on our fruit farm in southern Turkey. I also throw in a few of my observations on life and lighter-hearted stuff for good measure.
You are more than welcome to have a look around, stay a while and have a trawl through my small collection. There are plenty of drop-down categories within the menu bar to help in said digging process. Of course, if you have any comments, suggestions or concerns, feel free to let me know – I’m not easily offended 🙂
Thanks again and hope you have a great day…

Hi Ken, thanks for your follow. Mine is a very new blog, but I hope next year will be an interesting and inspiring time for all of us. Great Xmas to you.
Hi, first thank you for following my blog. Since I have no illusions about my photos (my professional life was on the writing/editing side), I am always very honoured when a photographer or artist takes an interest in my posts. Like you, I began blogging for a specialized purpose (in my case, to keep people supporting my charity trek preparations up to date), then discovered I enjoyed the process for many other reasons, including the generosity of those who respond to my work. So have fun with it … and enjoy your winter. You might as well!
Your work is lovely!
Thank you for the kind words. It feels good to get positive feedback
Hi Ken, thanks for following our adventures in sailing and photography.
