Not a whole lot of story behind this photo. It was shot at a historic site in Illinois called Lincoln’s New Salem. Lincoln’s New Salem is a reconstruction of the village where Abraham Lincoln spent his early years. Log cabins, saw mills, blacksmith type structures with people dressed in period correct clothing. It is actually a pretty neat place to spend an afternoon. This little bee was buzzing away on this bright orange flower so I shot a few pics of him doing his thing.
