One of my favorite shots I have taken in Chicago is this one from the top floor of the Sears Tower at night. It now called the Willis Tower, but to me it will always be the Sears Tower. It is one of the tallest structures in the world and attracts over a million visitors a year from around the world. My shot was captured at about 1300 feet and focuses on one section of the city. I shoot a lot of night shots with timed exposures, so I was mildly aggravated and a little perplexed when my first several shots were not sharp. Turns out the tower scan sway several feet back and forth on windy days. Changed a few settings and viola, beautiful night shot of the city and the lake. I love the lights and the vibrancy of big cities at night. And like New York, it is a city that never sleeps. I hope you enjoy it!
